Theres a generous layer of dual density padding and gel between the shell and its cover. The Novus TM Superflow shares the same design and molding as other Novus saddles, but at a fraction of the price, thanks to the utilization of manganese and chromoly TM rails and a Duro-Tek polyurethane cover.
